These terms apply when you download, access, or use Typer.

Use of Typer

Typer is provided as a mobile arcade typing game for personal entertainment and practice. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to manipulate ads, scoring, or platform services.

Ads and rewards

The current version of Typer may show banner ads. Future versions may offer voluntary rewarded ads for in-game benefits or occasional forced ads at natural breaks, provided the app and its disclosures are updated accordingly. Advertising availability may vary by device, region, consent status, purchase status, and provider availability. In-game rewards have no cash value.

Privacy and consent

Advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and consent choices are described in the Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices. On Apple platforms, declining tracking does not prevent use of Typer.

Purchases

Typer may offer a one-time Remove Forced Ads purchase. In the current version, this disables forced banner advertising. If optional rewarded advertising is offered in a future version, it may remain available when you choose to watch it for an in-game reward. Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple's App Store and are subject to the store's payment and refund rules.

Availability

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of Typer at any time. Some features may depend on your device, operating system, internet connection, or third-party services.

Intellectual property

Typer's name, design, gameplay interface, code, artwork, and related materials belong to Typer's developer or licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law.

No warranties

Typer is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Typer's developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
